This page has been developed to give detailed instructions on how best to make an appointment for the doctor's office.
Be sure to go over these steps for each appointment:
1. FILL OUT THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER. In the notes, put in "Appt Made by Walmart [todays date]".
We have 3 options. "Medical Initial" is for a medical only brief exam (no glasses).
2. EVEN IF THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE DATES/TIMES, WE HAVE OPEN APPOINTMENTS.
Have the patient call us directly ! We can squeeze them in ! Do not turn anyone away.

3. LET THE PATIENT KNOW WE MAY NEED TO CONTACT THEM:
“The Doctors office may need further information so please make sure you answer them since it might delay your appointment”.
4. TELL THE PATIENT ABOUT THE FORMS:
"The doctor's office has various INTAKE FORMS that must be filled out prior to the appointment. They will send them to you!

5. TELL THE PATIENT WE APPRECIATE THEM:
"Dr. Watson appreciates you choosing them for your eye care needs!"
